I speak with Karim Sadjadpour of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on reports Israel may be thinking of striking Iranian nuclear sites this spring. Fascinating analysis:

It will be an interesting experiment if Israel can carry out these strikes at Iran's nuclear sites. It could reveal the actual strength or weakness of Iran. If the latter is the case then the world would have seen Iran's ignominious and inglorious EMPTINESS!!

Iran proclaimed advances in nuclear know-how recently. However, the fuel rod development itself will not put Iran any closer to producing nuclear weapons but the United States and Israel still have not ruled out military action against Iran if diplomacy and sanctions fail.

my problem is how can the U.S. goverment even think about asking israel to sit back and wait to see if iran pop's up with a nuclear weapon has everyone forgoten how they handled the cuban missile crisis. they were ready to go all out nulear warfare over it. thats the problem with these political hippocrits it's easy to say that when it's half way around the world but when it's in your back yard you have a different way of thinking. they already know that some terrerist groups are already down in mexico doing something supposing they found out they had came up with some type of nuclear delivery device do you think for one second that they would listen to isreal or anyone else asking them to sit back and wait to see what their going to do with it. NO and thats my problem with this whole thing.
