Simple calculation...he was using people's money since 1990 and that's 19 years back, he's 80 something years old and being sentenced to 150 years in prison doesn't make sens since he'll die soon and he'll definately spend less years in prison then the years he was enjoying using innocent's money so i think he deserves death sentence.

This is very terrible, what is this world coming to??I should think Maddof's Family and associates knew about this but decided to build their empire on other people's sweat & savings anyway. I think it's only fair these victims get back what belongs to yes they should all be prosecuted.

Well, as long as regulators turns blind eye to ongoing scams and wake up only after event is over, criminals continues to enjoy and victims continues to suffer.
Is it not insensitive on the part of judiciary to let the criminal enjoy normal life (against bail) from the day when scam was broke out, when poor victims suffer for no fault of their (except for the greed for higher interest income)?
