Hala, good of you to bring this to light on your News. Mona speaks clearly her thoughts on freedom of speech. . Mona is like an ink blotter of poison pen thought.

A good interview. i think Mona is acting like an Ink blotter against poison pen thoughts. the core definition of Jihad is "" jihad" is considered to be every Muslim's duty–be it the struggle to improve society, preventing the exploitation of the poor or vulnerable, or improving oneself "".

Mona Eltahawy has become an international fighter against racism . As a women hero from the Muslim world she deserve a big recognition for her fight against women right to free expression and equal rights in the society. It is a great action in bringing her to the lime light by CNN,thanks again.

I truly believe that emancipation of women is the solution to the conflicts. My conjecture: "women right to free expression and equal rights" – as stated on the previous comment – are necessary steps towards sexual freedom (inevitable revolution?) which would attenuate the religious radicalism, source of political conflicts between Arab world and Western, especially Israel. In this sense, the woman has the power to stop the war in the next generations. @sergio_curado

I have just watched this video. I think my laptop now needs a shower and de-licing. You are very full of yourself, Mona, and have achieved your objective of your 15 minutes of fame. Go live in Egypt.
