This deal between three powerful states representing three nations from America, Europe, and Asia indicates a cool dawn in the present boiling Iran atomic issue for the moments.

I voted no, because there needs to be controlled on nuclear weapons.
And not only in Iran.
Hopefully there will be more freedom for the people of Iran.
We would better support the people in their fight for freedom of expression and against religious repression.
So that people could enjoy the world events and that there exists another way of life .
the people of Iran will be the victims of these sanctions and will not affect the view of the religious leaders of Iran.

Bye bye

If things keep going like this soon the U.S. voice will make no difference for the world.
There Is a change feeling happening around the world and the U.S. ways to deal with this kind of International issue are not following that changing.

Sanctions should not be allowed on Iran since a new deal has now been reached. Whether it's a tactic game or not by Iran, lets think of the people in Iran who would be affected by tough sanctions.

Brazilian Diplomacy did a great job because none of the eight major countries countries did not believe in diplomacy in Brazil ...

Brazil is a democratic country that knows how to act the right way!

Luciana   May 17th, 2010 5:12 pm ET

This deal shows the importance of Brazil (specially Mr. Lula) in the new international relations environment. It's a powerful country with no previous "tense relations" with certain countries, specially in the middle east, which makes Brazil an excellent inter-mediator in important areas of international politics. I think once the deal becomes practice, sanctions should be temporarily lifted and, if everything goes well, permanently. Give Iran a chance too!
Luciana – Germany

Sayan Majumdar   May 17th, 2010 5:17 pm ET

Much will depend on the attitudes of Iranian leadership; as they have damaged their credibility considerably by now through their words and actions.

Sayan.

Jim Ballinger   May 17th, 2010 5:28 pm ET

I think it needs to be pointed out that Iran's continued enrichment of Uranium to a concentration of 20% is not to a level that "can be used for nuclear weapons" as has been stated by a reporter on CNN.
This distinction is certainly enough to influence "public opinion" which is what you are "polling".
In short, "lets be specific Bob"
CNN has a reputation to maintain, don't just settle for being "more neutral" than Fox. Please continue to try harder to be factual as the subject matter is of extreme importance. Thank you!

Lets do deal

michael   May 17th, 2010 6:02 pm ET

Are the Iranian theocrats the new champions?

Persians – clever people- (today called Iranians) invented the Chess game.
The winner of the game has to be a master on advance planning of many moves as well as misleading the opponent
The Iranian theocratic regime is playing a Chess game with the free world to build the atomic bomb and long range missiles capability covering the globe.
Iran theocratic regime might win the game and declare "Chase mate"- end of game-
to the democratic countries
(Translation of Chase mate: " The king is dead")

My Questions and answers:
-–
1 Q: Will Iran be entitled to carry on their enrichment program?
1A: Yes- According to the proposed agreement Iran will get legitimacy for continuing the uranium enrichment program
--
2Q: Will Iran send abroad the 20% enriched uranium and stop building new enhanced centrifuges?
2A: No- Iran will not send the 20% enriched uranium.
Yes- it will get freedom to build new centrifuges
-–
3 Q: What is the effect of the proposed swap of 1200kg of low enriched uranium on Iran Atomic bomb capability?
3A: NO effect- It will delay Iran only by a few months
-–
4Q: What are the additional benefits Iran gets from this proposal?
4A: Causing a rift in the world-Delaying the sanctions – Softness proposed sanctions
-–
Conclusions:

• Iran theocratic regime will build the Atomic bomb and long range missiles.
• Saud Arabia and other suny countries will developed or buy Atomic weapons
• The Islamic terrorism will get full immunity and flourished
• The democratic countries will produce many papers analyzing how they lost the time window to stop the Iranian theocrats thread to democracy and human rights

Brazil has done an incredible job. No one could expect this coming from a country like it, what shows that people are actually ignorant about world's political order, which includes not only the US, EU, Russia and Japan anymore, but also countries like the Latin American power.
I hope the UN and it's Security Council will be more carefull about some international issues like Iran's one.

For a full year, defense contractors have been waging a multi-million dollar propaganda campaign on News Media commercials claiming Iran invented explosively formed projectiles (EFP's) which are among the deadliest forms of improvised explosive devices which are being used across the Middle East to kill American troops.

Today, part of that false claim was revealed as the Nature Media Channel showed the steps for a top kill deep sea crude Oil operation. A series of small EFP's are lowered deep inside the deep sea drill casing and detonated. The EFP's blast a series of small holes thru the deep sea Oil casing instead of simply partially rupturing the heavy well casing pipe. Then drilling mud and cement is forced down the deep sea well casing to permanently seal that undersea deep sea oil well.

Although all shape charges could be termed EFP's in use since WW2, the specific design of EFP's with copper convex slugs appears to be directly tailor made ORIGINALLY to prepare a deep Ocean well casing for a top kill filled with cement.

It is certainly not any stretch to place Petrol workers entirely familiar with that practice to have shared that information with country's and organizations that do not love the American people. For example these specific types of EFPs were first used in improvised explosive devices against a armoured car in the 1989 assassination of the German banker Alfred Herrhausen (attributed to the Red Army Faction) , and then 17 years later by Hezbollah in the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict. The most recent use is their widespread introduction in IEDs by insurgents in Iraq in Afghanistan.

This appears to directly refute any honesty of the US defense agency's claim in their multi-million dollar commercials stating Iran invented the copper slugged EFP's. Note that Iran doesn't have any deep sea crude Oil wells and the current use of EFP's against American soldiers didn't occur until 17 years after their lethal introduction to murder a German banker.

It is ENTRELY likely copper slugged EFP's were in fact invented by US Defense contractors working in conjunction with the DARPA, US Dept. of Defense (DOD) and the Big Oil corporations to design and work out a reliable method to help permanently cap deep sea crude Oil wells by puncturing the steel crude Oil casing in a series of holes instead of simply swelling out the Oil casing thru a normal explosion.

That research and development appears to have been either directly shared with China or leaked out to the Red Army where it was put into the nefarious use to assassinate a hardened target, namely the 1989 assassination of the German banker Alfred Herrhausen in his heavily armored car by the Red Army Faction in Europe. From there it was likely shared with North Korea and from there to Middle East nations who maintain a friendly relationship with North Korea.

Ataturk secular Turkey is dead
Erdugan Islamist Turkey is alive

*Erdugan government shelters IHH which is part of the Jihad network
(IHH helped AL QAIDA attack on LA airport)
*Erduan considers Hamas being a sister party.
(Hamas agenda is Islam ruling the world and kill all Jews)
*Erdugan is binding Turkey to the Iran Islamist theocratic regime

Was this policy Ataturk dream?

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today met with the family of an American Teenager 19 years old that was machine gunned to death on one of the Humanitarian Flotilla civilian ships carrying hospital beds, medical supply's and 100 tons of food for the Gaza people.

Another American citizen lost his eye after a Israeli Commando pointed his machine gun at him and fired a tear gas grenade in his face by the M203 Grenade launcher connected beneath the M4 Machine Gun he was using.

It appears that Israel has declared war on Turkey after Turkey worked long hours in a urgent humanitarian fashion to defuse the ramped up Iranian enriched Uranium crisis by brokering a deal with Brazil and Iran to swap out its slightly enriched Uranium stocks for fuel rods from Brazil to power Iran's medical reactor.

Turkey should now accept that Israel see's Turkey as it's enemy and close Turkey's airspace to Israel, warn America that any further clashes will result in Turkey closing it's borders to the American US Military convoys and make arrangements with Russia for advanced anti-aircraft missile defenses against possible Israeli fighter bombings.

The Irish IRA is warning Israel it will begin targeting Jewish citizens in the UK and America if any of its Irish citizens on the peace flotillas are harmed, shot or murdered.

Congratulations on Turkey's decision to close ALL Turkish Airspace to Israel. Turkey would do well to purchase several Russian made S-300 anti-aircraft missile batterys for protecting it's country in case Israel decides to retaliate against a NATO country again.

Attacking a NATO flagged ship in International Waters is in International Law and NATO treaty's the same thing as an attack upon the very country of that ship's flag, namely Turkey which is a NATO member. The NATO treaty calls upon all other NATO countrys to hold Israel fully accountable for its attack upon a NATO member.

Turkey should now warn America that any further killings of Turkish civilians by Israel and Turkey will close it's airspace to America and it's borders to the US Military convoys carrying war supplys to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Kyrgyzstan should follow with closing it's airbase to America's refueling tanker fleet used to refuel fighter jets over Afghanistan.

Why hasn't NATO demanded Israel return the Turkish Flagged NATO cargo ship that Israel seized in International Waters? Sooner or later Turkey will get their cargo ship back and the evidence of bullets being fired down from the Israeli Assault team in the hovering helicopter onto the Turkish passengers will be solid proof of the slaughter and murder of Turkish civilians.

50 Years after Nuclear Technology was discovered, it remains disappointing that the American public still lacks a fundamental grasp on Centrifuge Uranium Enrichment. It is not alchemy, you don't get something from nothing. It does not 'create' weapons grade Uranium, it only extracts a thread few atoms of weapons grade Uranium from an enormous amount of naturally stable Uranium. Those few atoms are added as thousands of tons of feedstock are fed thru the mechanical centrifuges.

Millions of tons of Uranium pitchblende are washed into yellow cake composed of a very tiny amount of U235 weapon grade and an enormous amount of U238 stable Uranium. That huge amount of Uranium yellowcake is chemically converted into a extremely corrosive gas Uranium Hexafloride and fed thru a series of mechanical centrifuges which remove mere atoms of existing U235 from the huge mass of U238 it encounters. It does not create U235, only extract the few atoms of U235 that naturally exists.

It has been known for 50 YEARS precisely how much feedstock (Yellowcake and Uranium Hexafloride) is needed to produce 60-80 lbs of 98-99% U235 weapons grade Uranium. And then figure out if Iran has that much feedstock taking into account Iran's entire nationwide Uranium deposits it is capable of possibly mining.

IRAN DOES NOT POSSESS Enough Feedstock taking into account the entire Uranium deposits in that entire country.

Current embargo's prevent Iran from purchasing barges containing Millions of tons of Yellowcake from former Russian countrys. And the embargo's are perfectly able and successful in doing that. Without the feedstock, Iran cannot enrich enough Uranium to do anything other than fuel a small research reactor. Iran does not have enough Uranium feedstock in its entire countrys Uranium mining deposits to fuel a single large reactor for a single fuel cycle.

American agencys have carefully crafted the illusion that Uranium enrichment is some way of creating weapons grade Uranium, it is not creating any weapons grade Uranium. It is only extracting a few ATOMS of naturally occurring weapons grade Uranium from an enormous amount of naturally occurring stable Uranium.

How many atoms of U235 make a single ounce? With nearly unlimited amounts of feedstock, it took America nearly a full year using 1/7th. of the entire American electrical power output to extract a humble 2 ounces of U235 during the initial Manhattan Project.

Going by his looks, the chap looks like a Sunday school teacher who accidentally forgot to save in the morning. Never judge a book by its cover: my school teacher bored me stiff by repeatedly saying so. With a scrutinizing sternness, always check out everyone; especially the calm-harmless-cool seeming ones. The trusted ones have become endangered by distrust itself.
