Distasteful

Using your own deceased father to try to rebuild your image. Nike shame on you too for this. It is common knowledge that Tiger's dad was a womanizer also that hurt both Tiger and his wife.

What an underhanded way of getting him back on the airwaves. It does not resonate with the golf world viewers. Him playing golf resonates and greatly enhances viewers not this commercial which is in bad taste.

Doesn't it make you want to go out and buy Nike products. Yuk!!

Now a days Sports World is turning into a great place to invest and make business. Nike is another leader in sports goods manufacturing and marketing, who is sticking to Tiger Wood when every body discarded him over recent sex scandals. Tiger Wood only went up in his life by his golf achievement's and is in the verge of achieving it again. Nike is trying it's best to capitalize on his success. After all now a days sex scandals are every where, in the life of politicians and even in the life of Holy religious heads.

I think it is safe to say that companies do regularly hit the bottom of the barrel and Nike has reached it with this ad campaign. The fact that they used Tiger's deceased father's voice in the ad to rub Tiger's faults in his face, despite him apologising repeatedly, is quite disgraceful.

Hello...Just a suggestion for the Idesk!
Mayby you guys could , if you haven´t allready, do a piece on child/teen bullying the 15 year old girl that committed suicide, and what to do, to hinder those ill hearted people to keep on hurting others. I know what it feels like to be bullied, not on the same scale perhaps, but it sure can be a pain to anyone. And much more sirius than that!
I think it is good that for ones, the courts will try to decide weather or not, it was true stalking, malice intend, I guess that it was!
But we cannot solve these problems in courts, there must be alot of talking in the schools after the education, after hours; between all students. The teachers have to be more aware about who is on a mean streak! Confine and get them strict "commendations" for their interactions! And let them know how serius this can be, and how much pain they can cause people. Often ending with suicide solutions!
A little girl, 6 years old, had a row with her mom, and said that she was gonna kill herself, she hanged herself in a belt.
Extremely sad to hear, and hard to believe, that she really did it.
What is the world comming to?
On another note: The second video of the soldier that´s captured in Afghanistan, has appeared. He is saying some things about the war there, which I believe, he´s not only just saying, to get out of there. Or he´s not suffering from the Stockholm syndrom!
He has learned about the life of his captures, and he is impressed by their way of doing and thinking! And he´s telling us that this war is meaningless, but we allready knew that!? This could be important to change the outcome of the war, what about Karzai, who is he really? Ahmed Wali Karzai, the half-brother of Hamid Karzai and the head of Kandahar's provincial council. Western officials have long suspected that he is an organized crime kingpin!??? And what about Obama, what makes him? I guess we´ll know more after the surge on Kandahar in june!

Then they have at Nike, highly paid managers who approve such a thing!!!!
I think their ideas are still in crisis mode!!!
I'd rather see the ad with his mother's voice, because this is more reality and I love humor.

Bye bye from Belgium.
